About This Service
إذا كنت مقيماً خارج مصر، ننجز عنك المعاملات التي تتطلب وجوداً داخل البلاد: تسجيل المستندات لدى الجهات المختصة، واستخراج بيانات النتيجة للشهادات الدراسية، وطلبات منصة «أبناؤنا في الخارج».
نحتاج بياناتك الشخصية ودولة الإقامة وصلتك بالمستفيد إن كان الطلب لغيرك، ثم نوع الخدمة المطلوبة. المستندات تشمل صورة بطاقة مقدم الطلب، وبطاقة المستفيد، وصورة المستند المراد تسجيله أو الشهادة المطلوب بيان نتيجتها، وطلب المنصة حيث ينطبق.
نراجع الملف ونتولى التقديم والمتابعة حتى إتمام المعاملة. المدة التقديرية ١٤ يوم عمل، وتختلف الرسوم باختلاف الخدمة والجهة.

3 Review & Confirm Review
Check your details and documents, then send the request to the office.
4 Declaration Form
Your request has been sent. All that remains is the declaration of accuracy that completes the authorisation.
