تبدأ بتحديد حالة الشركة والخدمة المطلوبة، ثم الاسم بالعربية والإنجليزية، ونوع الشركة والنشاط ورأس المال وعنوان المقر. المستندات المطلوبة هي بطاقات المؤسسين، والبطاقة الضريبية، والسجل التجاري، وعقد التأسيس، وعقد إيجار أو ملكية المقر.
نراجع الملف قبل التقديم لتفادي التعطيل بسبب بيانات ناقصة، ونتابع حتى إتمام التأسيس. المدة التقديرية ٢١ يوم عمل وتختلف باختلاف نوع الشركة والنشاط.
