About This Service
نتولى إجراءات بطاقة الرقم القومي: الاستخراج لأول مرة، والتجديد بعد انتهاء الصلاحية، وبدل الفاقد أو التالف، وتعديل البيانات المدوّنة بالبطاقة.
تشمل التعديلات تغيير المهنة أو محل الإقامة أو الحالة الاجتماعية بعد الزواج أو الطلاق. تختلف المستندات باختلاف حالتك: شهادة الميلاد ونموذج بطاقة الرقم القومي المختوم بخاتم النسر للاستخراج الأول، وصورة البطاقة الحالية للتجديد، وبطاقة الضامن حيث يُطلب ذلك، ووثيقة الزواج أو الطلاق أو ما يثبت المهنة الجديدة عند التعديل.
نراجع الأوراق قبل التقديم ونتابع الطلب حتى استلام البطاقة. المدة التقديرية ٥ أيام عمل.

3 Review & Confirm Review
Check your details and documents, then send the request to the office.
4 Declaration Form
Your request has been sent. All that remains is the declaration of accuracy that completes the authorisation.
